Fontwell Physio has been proudly caring for our local community for 24 years now. Our dedicated home visiting physiotherapy service allows us to provide expert physiotherapy to you when and where you need us. As Physiotherapists, our aim is to allow you to live your best life and we ensure that your goals are at the heart of everything we do.

We have years of experience helping people with a range of issues, these may include:

• Recovering from surgery such as Joint Replacement
• Falls Prevention
• Mobility and Balance Problems
• Rehabilitation following hospital stays

We are able to offer physiotherapy in your own home or local nursing and residential care homes. We also work closely with carers and family members to ensure that rehabilitation is consistent and effective.

Our Physiotherapists and Physiotherapy Assistants are fully qualified and members of the HCPC and CSP. You do not need a GP referral to see us, so please do get in touch to book an appointment.
